While window shopping yesterday, i saw these very nice 'ankara' shoes in Aldo. I immediately felt pride seeing a thing that is known as proudly naija on dispaly in the streets of New York.
So i even proudly took a picture of my tie and dye bag which is also proudly naija, by the way :)
But hold on,....is Ankara a Naija commodity? I know we wear it a lot but i would really like to know the origin. Tye and Dye is from Ogun State RIGHT?!
